A Letter for the Ones Who Feel It

This letter wasn’t written for everyone.
It is here for the ones who feel something quietly stirring, even if they cannot name it.
You might not know exactly what you are looking for. That is okay.
But if you are reading this, part of you already knows.
Maybe you have done the healing, the searching, the growing.
You have held others together, crossed your own thresholds, and still… something calls.
You are not broken. You are not behind.
You are near a doorway you cannot see, but you can feel.
There is a moment, a memory, a truth that has been waiting for you to remember.
No force. No fixing. No proving.
This space is not here to diagnose or define you.
It is here to witness you.
To affirm what you already feel.
If you have felt it, whatever it is, you are not imagining it.
There is more. And it is closer than you think.
You do not have to do anything now.
But if one day it feels right to reach out, here is what to say:
Just say, “I feel it.”
That will be enough.
With love,
Maureen
