And no, you don’t need permission.

Not from a coach. Not from a friend. Not even from me.

You’ve already begun the walk back to yourself.

You’re not late. You’re right on time.

You don’t need to explain how you know.

You don’t need to prove anything.

You only need to follow what stirs inside you.

When the next step becomes clear, take it.

Until then, trust that what you felt is real.
